The following reasonable conditions apply to our Returns Policy:

  1. Please email us and provide pictures if declaring a manufacturing fault or order error within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Items to please be returned in any original, undamaged & unused condition. If we have made a mistake with your order or the items are faulty then we will cover return postage costs where applicable. Please contact us for return postage address.

  3. Non-returnable Items include:

    • Gift cards.

    • Nappies, Inserts, Covers, Liners and Cloth Mumma Pads. This is due to hygiene and quality control of the product.

  4. We cannot offer a replacement or exchange on sale items and discontinued product, or items purchased as a "preorder".

  5. Please understand we cannot honour returns for items purely due to change of mind. This is at our discretion upon discussion with you and your reason for returning items.

  6. Please understand we cannot honour returns for items that were purchased as a preorder. This is due to us allocating that stock to you, which meant another potential interested customer may not have been able to purchase.Â
